Stopped by to cool off in the heat. The girl in the tavern was very Friendly and accommodating. (Unfortunately I cannot remember her name). Decided to stay overnight. Was definitely impressed with the cleanliness and how quiet the room was considering the proximity to the highway. Staff were all awesome, and we had supper there as well! Closest thing to home cooking I have seen in some time. Keep up the great work! I will definitely be diverting from Lethbridge on our travels to stay here again!
We reserved a room at the inn for Christmas so we could visit family near by and were pleased with the ease of location. Our room was acceptable and we were happy our dogs could be accommodated. The food from the restaurant was very good and it was a great value for what ordered. It was home made not processed. That was a bonus. Given it was a holiday stay the Inn was without staff for Christmas Day but that made it even more quiet too. There were few guests but everyone seemed to enjoy their stay. Not a fan of a firm bed so next time I will ask for a more comfortable softer mattress if available and maybe see if they have a room with a table so we could enjoy a sit down meal rather than worry about creating a mess of spilled food. Nothing fancy but welcoming for sure!
Stopped by after a long drive and first visited Coaldale Inn on a Monday night somewhere in December. I enjoyed the food, especially the Chicken Parmigiana—it was excellent! I’ve since returned and ordered it again last week, and it never fails to satisfy my cravings. My friends also enjoyed as they say great food and great service. Thank you, Coaldale Inn! Will sure come back!
The rooms and location were great. The lady a check-in was also very friendly and brought us some ice. The only issue was check-out. There were about 8 people waiting to check on Sunday and there was nobody at the front desk. We waited for about 10 minutes, then eventually I went looking for an employee in the attached restaurant. I just left my keys with her, she said they were sort staffed and busy with Sunday brunch.
Absolutely loved my stay here. Rooms were basic but super clean. They contained everything i needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome. The lady in the bar was lovely as was the lady who served me my fantastic breakfast next morning. Hope to see you all soon, when I'm next travelling in the area.
Nice place to stay as we were passing through. Clean and comfortable, slept well. Good size fridge in the room too. Would definitely stay here again.
